Sr Director, Product Managemnt (Cortex XDR)

As the Director of Product Management for Cortex XDR, you will take the helm of our industry-leading endpoint security platform. Cortex XDR is responsible for helping customers secure their devices and workloads across their endpoint and cloud environments, stopping advanced threats before they compromise the organization. Endpoints and cloud infrastructure are the foundational attack vectors for modern adversaries.
We are looking for a strategic, decisive leader who can design, build, and ship industry-defining products to help SOC teams protect their organization's most valuable assets. You will drive the platform's vision, align cross-functional teams, and ensure our products continue to deliver top-tier threat detection and prevention capabilities.
Your Impact
Lead and mentor a high-performing product management group, driving the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Define and own the product roadmap for Cortex XDR, ensuring alignment with the broader Cortex strategy and Go-To-Market (GTM) motions.
Bring innovative, disruptive approaches to endpoint security, prioritizing features and making critical trade-offs to deliver a world-class platform.
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and execute seamless launches.
Engage directly with key customers and partners to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and take the solutions you define to market.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track product performance, and drive operational rigor across the product portfolio.
Evangelize Cortex XDR internally and externally, serving as a thought leader at industry events and executive briefings.
