Talent Acquisition Specialist | Part-Time or Full-Time Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global executive search firm, supporting a wide range of international recruiting projects across multiple industries and seniority levels.

This role includes targeted candidate sourcing, interviews, and placements, as well as close collaboration with our global recruitment team. The position is suitable for both experienced recruiters and motivated students who want to build a career in global recruitment.

Responsibilities

Execute global recruitment projects end-to-end
Conduct targeted candidate searches, screenings, and interviews
Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
Collaborate with our international recruitment team
Support recruitment operations and candidate engagement

Requirements:
BA degree or current student in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field - mandatory
Recruitment experience (1+ years) - strong advantage, but students with no prior experience will be considered
Experience in tech recruitment - an advantage
Availability for part-time or full-time work
Minimum: at least 3 days per week, including morning hours - mandatory
Strong sales and marketing abilities
High level of English (spoken and written) - mandatory
Organized, proactive, and people-oriented
