Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps Engineers while remaining actively involved in technical delivery.
Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized production environments.
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
Drive Infrastructure-as-Code, automation, and configuration management initiatives.
Partner closely with Software Engineering teams to improve deployment processes, release quality, and platform reliability.
Establish best practices for cloud operations, monitoring, security, and automation.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues while ensuring high system availability.
Contribute to cloud architecture decisions and platform scalability initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous improveme
Requirements
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
At least 2-3 years of experience leading or mentoring a DevOps or Infrastructure team.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Proven experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or similar solutions.
Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or equivalent).
Experience managing Windows Server and IIS environments.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
