Responsibilities

Develop and execute project plans to ensure technical alignment and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and achieve common goals.
Process Improvement: Identifying and addressing bottlenecks or inefficiencies to improve productivity and quality. This involves analyzing existing workflows, implementing processes, and recommending automation or technology enhancements.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in managing technical projects.
Proven experience in engaging and leading teams, and improving processes.
Ability to manage large-scale development projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to lead meetings effectively.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Experience in working with product management teams, high business understanding skills.
