Business Operations Senior Manager

We're looking for a Business Operations Senior Manager who is a sharp strategic thinker and a strong business operator - commercially minded, execution-focused, and skilled at aligning stakeholders to drive results. You'll lead a high-performing team and own the domain responsible for the early freelancer journey on our company- driving strategy and execution across Acquisition, Onboarding, Vetting, Quality & Trust to ensure freelancers are successfully activated and reach their first engagement on the platform.
What am I going to do?:
* Own the strategy and long-term plan for your domain, aligned to our broader strategy, and translate it into clear execution plans.
* Lead and develop a team,building a collaborative, high-performing unit with strong ownership and accountability.
* Drive execution of cross-functional, highly strategic initiatives - working closely with multiple teams to align stakeholders and deliver business outcomes.
* Operate with independence: make decisions, manage trade-offs, and proactively flag what needs leadership visibility.
* Leverage data and AI tools to inform decisions, optimize processes, and deliver sharp, actionable reporting.
