We are seeking a skilled and experienced UAS Operator and Instructor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key contributor, responsible for training, technical support, and operational execution related to our UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) products.
Responsibilities:
Lead independent training sessions for internal and external customers on new UAS equipment.
Provide technical support to customers.
Conduct demonstrations and participate in sales events.
Actively participate in field testing operations.
Occasionally assist Lab Technicians during flight testing operations, with a focus on UAS maintenance and quality control.

Requirements:
Operational experience with UAS systems.
1-2 years of full-time experience as an Instructor in the UAS aviation field.
Experience with project/process management procedures.
Proficiency in onsite system troubleshooting (operator-level maintenance).
Ability to manage logistical operations and work effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to lead demonstrations and flight events.
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Excellent English proficiency (essential).
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
Knowledge of Aviation Flight Operations.
Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems and processes.
Holds a RATA aviation certification.
Prior military experience with unmanned systems.
Operational experience with UAS systems.
