What Youll Do:
Payroll Management
Israel Payroll: Run monthly payroll processing for Israeli employees.
Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly and annual payroll tax filings (Forms 102 and 126).
Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle employee onboarding and termination procedures, including severance and Form 161.
Global Payroll Support: Coordinate and reconcile international payroll data with global PEO/EOR providers (e.g. Papaya Global).
Bookkeeping & Accounting Operations
Multi-System Ledger Management: Maintain accurate financial records utilizing Priority and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices and manage vendor payment cycles smoothly.
Reconciliations: Perform daily and month-end reconciliations for banks, credit cards, and intercompany balances.
Month-End Close & Compliance: Support the DoF in closing procedures and file monthly VAT (Ma'am) and tax withholding (Nikoim) reports.
