The role combines sales operations, contract and renewal management, CRM data governance, and close collaboration with the Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams.

Manage and maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and contract data throughout the sales lifecycle
Support sales operations processes, including deal management, order forms, renewals, and contract administration
Manage the customer renewal process by tracking timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution
Prepare and coordinate customer agreements, internal approvals, and electronic signatures
Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with established processes
Coordinate and submit RFP responses based on existing customer requirements
Provide operational and administrative support throughout the customer onboarding process

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within a high-tech SaaS company
Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken - required
Experience working with CRM platforms and business operations tools
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Willingness to work full-time from the companys Tel Aviv office
