About the Job
Join Radware's Global Service Desk team and provide IT support to employees worldwide. In this role, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, resolve support tickets, and deliver excellent customer service while working in a global environment.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and operating system issues
Provide remote IT support using remote desktop tools
Assist users via ticketing system, phone, and email
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
Manage IT assets and related infrastructure
Collaborate with senior IT administrators on complex technical issues
Document solutions and help improve IT support processes

Requirements:
What Do You Need to Have?
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on IT support experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to end users
Advanced troubleshooting skills for both familiar and unfamiliar technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong time management and prioritization skills

Technical Experience Required
Hardware support (PC/Laptop installation and internal troubleshooting)
Microsoft technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.)
User and identity management (Azure / Entra ID, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Exchange Online)
Basic network troubleshooting and connectivity issues (DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN)
Operating systems: Windows 11, macOS, Linux
