The role combines hands-on functional expertise with team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business needs and organizational strategy.
Responsibilities include planning and overseeing implementation, support, and enhancement activities; meeting milestones from design to go-live; coaching team members; and translating business requirements into ERP solutions with minimal customization.
The role requires strong expertise in Oracle ERP, with advantage for Oracle Cloud, and functional knowledge in Logistics or Finance processes. It also involves close collaboration with IT/MIS, Finance, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders, as well as ownership of governance, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
5-8 years of ERP experience, including hands-on implementation of Logistics or Finance modules and full lifecycle project delivery.
Proven experience leading ERP teams of at least 3 members. Strong expertise in Oracle ERP - mandatory; Oracle Cloud ERP - advantage.
Deep functional knowledge in either Supply Chain/Logistics or Financial modules, with solid understanding of integrations and business processes.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional global environment.
A structured, detail-oriented, delivery-focused mindset is essential.
Preferred: ERP transformation experience, global or multi-site exposure, familiarity with SOX/ITGC controls, and change management/user adoption experience.
Reports to the Director of Application and works closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and external implementation
