The role combines finance process expertise with hands-on ERP implementation, working closely with Finance, IT/MIS, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include full project lifecycle support from requirements and design through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
The position focuses on financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and optionally Costing, with strong emphasis on Oracle ERP implementation and ongoing support.
Additional duties include process alignment, troubleshooting, user training, documentation, data validation, testing, reconciliation, and ensuring financial controls, compliance, and SOX/ITGC adherence where applicable.
5+ years of ERP experience, including hands-on implementation of financial modules and end-to-end or key-phase ERP projects.
Strong expertise in Oracle ERP - mandatory; Oracle Cloud ERP - advantage.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, integrations, and data handling within ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, IT, and Operations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail, with a structured, delivery-focused approach.
Preferred qualifications include experience in global or multi-site organizations, ERP transformation programs, financial reporting/compliance frameworks, and a bachelors degree in accounting.
Success is measured by implementation milestones, system accuracy, user adoption, reduced manual work, and compliance with Finance, IT, stakeholders
