The role provides operational support for R D projects, including tracking work plans, monitoring progress, managing resources, and identifying risks.
It involves extensive use of project management systems, close coordination with the factory on resources and breakdowns, and support for procurement and logistics processes.
The PMO works closely with R D leaders, project managers, system engineers, procurement, and production teams, and is actively involved throughout the project lifecycle, including KOM, design reviews, installation, integration, and validation.
The position also includes subcontractor coordination, focusing on timelines, compliance, terms, and financials.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
3-4 years of experience in related roles.
Strong cross-functional leadership, assertiveness, and a proactive approach.
Systemic and process-oriented thinking with the ability to analyze and optimize workflows.
Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Experience in building and managing Gantt-based work plans, with proficiency in MS Project.
Previous experience as a PMO is a significant advantage.
Experience with Jira and Priority is an advantage.
Temporary position - Potential for Permanent role.
