DRS RADA is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Controller to join its global finance team.

The role supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, preparation and review of financial statements and reporting packages, and SOX compliance activities, including control documentation, testing, and remediation.

The position works closely with internal and external auditors, finance, accounting, and operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining internal controls, assisting with intercompany reconciliations, journal entries, account analyses, and U.S. GAAP reporting.

The ideal candidate has Big 4 experience, strong technical accounting skills, and a hands-on mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:
CPA required.
Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm - strong advantage.
Experience in SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit processes.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
3+ years of accounting / audit / financial reporting experience.
Experience in a multinational or global organization - advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Self-starter, organized, proactive, and quick learner.
