We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Backend Developer & Software Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance high-quality software solutions, with focus on Python and Microservices architecture
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses a strong engineering vision, and is eager to contribute to innovative, scalable projects in collaborative environment.

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development, with a strong focus on Microservices architecture
Proven experience in OOP and Design Pattern
Strong knowledge with Docker, CI-CD, K8S for development and deployment workflows
Experience with Relational and non-relational databases (e.g MYSQL, MongoDB)
Experience with Queuing technology (RabbitMQ, Kafka)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team agile environment.
