Lead and manage multiple related IT infrastructure projects within a matrix environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues
Coordinate resources across projects, balancing priorities and managing workforce allocation effectively
Identify and assess risks associated with program execution, developing strategies to mitigate them
Monitor program progress, utilizing KPIs and metrics to evaluate success and inform decision-making
Acilitate clear and effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior managemen
Ensure that deliverables meet IT infrastructure standards, align with strategic objectives, and incorporate innovative solutions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on IT infrastructure and matrix management
Example of relevant expertise in IT infrastructure: Networking, storage, Databases, DevOps, OCP, Kafka
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and risk management practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and other relevant software.
