Technical Account Manager

The Account Management team is seeking an experienced account manager focused on display solutions to drive revenue optimization and performance across our portfolio. This role will focus on both our key display publishers to optimize and maximize performance.

The ideal candidate is an analytical, results-oriented professional with experience in providing operational insights and actionable optimizations in the digital media landscape. This role will be responsible for managing accounts primarily in North America and will require the individual to have flexible working hours to accommodate the timezones where our publishers are located.

Responsibilities:
Analyze revenue, supply, and demand patterns to provide data-driven yield-maximization recommendations.
Evaluate and optimize display config settings, including monetization across our publisher partners.
Identify and resolve issues affecting Display delivery, errors, and margin loss across the business.
Provide regular insights on publisher performance, pricing strategies, and ad setup efficiency.
Maintain relationships with publishers, address reporting, billing cycle ownership, ad setup requests, and provide best-practice recommendations.
