Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps and Platform Engineers.
Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized production environments.
Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.
Drive Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives and automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to improve release processes and production readiness.
Define and implement best practices for automation, monitoring, security, and platform reliability.
Establish cloud governance standards and operational procedures while continuously improving the platform environment.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Proven experience managing production Kubernetes environments.
Extensive experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or similar.
Strong scripting and automation skills.
Experience managing Windows Server and IIS environments.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
