A leading global company in the electronics and technology industry is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join its team in Petah Tikva.

Responsibilities:
Support Field Sales Engineers and maintain ongoing communication with customers.
Process customer orders and coordinate shipments.
Track open orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
Manage customer records and CRM updates.
Coordinate product samples and follow up on customer requests.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or Order Management.
Experience in a distribution or electronics-related environment - an advantage.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluent English and Hebrew (spoken and written) - mandatory.
Experience with salesforce and/or Oracle - an advantage.
