Responsibilities:
Lead the Mechanical team in the development and support of Nanomotion future and current products.
Deliver on projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Design of precise motion systems, intended for use in a complex multidisciplinary environment.
Responsible for product design from spec definition phase to transfer to production.
Establish processes & procedures to ensure professional excellence and timely and high-quality deliverables.
Develop the team to master the company core technology and become highly capable and agile.
Use proactivity and technical expertise to identify opportunities in the marketplace and improvement opportunities in the companys activities.
Work closely with Operations and Sales Departments.

Requirements:
B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
2+ years of experience as a team manager with multidiscipline knowledge and capabilities.
Soft skills ability to create an engaging relationship , strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities.
Hard skills: High level of technical knowledge.
Fluent English.
Full time position located in Yokneam.
