As part of our global AV Everywhere initiative, we're expanding our autonomous vehicle operations to cities around the world. Our mission is to safely scale autonomous driving technology across diverse real-world environments and bring self-driving mobility closer to everyday life.
As the team lead, you will drive the execution of this global effort, overseeing operations, deployments, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple international sites. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology, large-scale operations, and global expansion while playing a key role in bringing autonomous vehicles to new markets worldwide.
This role requires frequent international travel and may include extended stays at overseas customer and locations.

What will your job look like?
Lead and manage our global AV Everywhere operations, ensuring successful execution across multiple international test sites and customer locations.
Drive cross-functional projects by collaborating with R&D, Product, Business Development, Operations, Legal, PR, and other stakeholders to support autonomous vehicle deployment and scaling.
Establish and optimize processes, procedures, and best practices to enable efficient day-to-day operations and consistent execution across global sites.
Oversee the integration, validation, and deployment of autonomous vehicle technologies, working closely with engineering teams to introduce new capabilities and ensure operational readiness.
Represent us externally, supporting customer engagements, vehicle demonstrations, regulatory interactions, and international expansion activity.
