abra's IT division is seeking a/an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Israel. We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to support the company's users in Israel. The role requires experience in Tier 1 support and providing service in a Microsoft environment. This is a temporary position for approximately 5 months, with a high potential for extension and continued employment. Location: Azrieli Center, Tel Aviv (on-site). Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Tier 1 support to users in Israel, with potential support for EMEA users.
* Diagnose and resolve user issues: access problems, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and network/VPN.
* Support Windows and Mac-based workstations, including installations, updates, and training.
* Assist with administration tasks in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (password resets, MFA support, permissions).
* Support endpoint devices managed by Intune (Windows/Mac) and ensure compliance.
* Manage IT equipment, onboarding/offboarding processes, maintain accurate inventory records, and document calls in the system.

Requirements:
* At least 1-3 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk.
* 1+ years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk (Tier 1).
* Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams) and Microsoft Intune.
* Basic understanding of Entra ID and ability to troubleshoot access and SSO issues.
* Technical support capability for Windows and macOS operating systems.
* High service orientation, excellent communication, and ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
* Fluent Hebrew and good communication level English.
* Ability to work in an organized manner, manage tasks, and document in a ticketing system.
* Experience working with: Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, macOS, Entra ID, Zoom, Teams. Advantages:

* Experience in IT inventory and equipment management.
* Familiarity with Zendesk, Apple Business Manager, or information security tools. Personality requirements:
* High service orientation.
