Product Marketing Manager - GTM Content

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, GTM Content to translate our product positioning, buyer insights, and go-to-market priorities into compelling content for the market. This is a hands-on product marketing role for someone who can understand complex B2B technology, identify what matters to different buying audiences, and turn that understanding into clear, differentiated narratives.
You will own the development of persona, solution, and industry-specific assets across the buyer journey, including solution briefs, campaign content, case studies, landing pages, one-pagers, and sales and partner enablement materials. Working closely with product marketing leadership, demand generation, and sales enablement, you will ensure every asset is strategically aligned, commercially relevant, and ready for activation, typically within five business days.
This role is ideal for a product marketer who combines strong positioning and messaging judgment with exceptional hands-on writing ability. You should understand the business applications ecosystem, be comfortable working at pace, and know how to turn complex product capabilities into content that drives buyer progression, campaign performance, and sales adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Execution:
Write, design, and deliver content assets (solution briefs, persona one-pagers, email copy, landing pages, gated content etc.) with a rapid turnaround of ~5 days per asset.
Ensure all content is aligned with GTM strategy, product positioning, and buyer personas.
Translate complex solution messaging into simple, compelling, and conversion-oriented narratives.
Persona & Solution Alignment:
Develop tailored content for specific buyer roles (e.g., CIO, RevOps, CFO, Sales Leaders) and solution areas.
Adapt messaging tone and format to resonate with decision-makers at different stages of the funnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product marketing on messaging frameworks.
Support demand generation with campaign-ready content.
Enable sales with assets that can be leveraged in prospecting and deal cycles.
Quality & Velocity Balance:
Maintain content quality, accuracy, and brand consistency while working at high speed.
Leverage templates, best practices, and frameworks to accelerate production.
