We're hiring a seasoned, hands-on PPC expert to own and lead our paid advertising strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft (Bing) Ads. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on expert who has managed substantial advertising budgets, driven measurable B2B growth, and knows how to scale campaigns without sacrificing performance.

What You'll Do:
- Plan, build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Own a $100-200K/month budget across multiple brands - maximize ROI, lead quality, and cost efficiency
- Develop and refine campaign structure, ad copy, keywords, audiences, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Run continuous experiments across strategies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign types
- Analyze performance data and deliver clear reports, insights, and recommendations directly to executive leadership
- Partner with sales and creative teams to improve conversion across the full funnel
- Identify new growth opportunities and scale paid acquisition channels

What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on PPC experience, including running B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Proven experience managing $50K+/month in spend with strong, measurable results.
- Expert-level command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
- Track record of building campaigns from scratch - strategy, setup, copy, targeting, and ongoing optimization.
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, tags, landing pages, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable owning the numbers and defending decisions to leadership.
- Native-level English, written and spoken, with the ability to write sharp, persuasive marketing copy for primarily American markets.
- Self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing PPC specialists, a marketing team, or external agencies.
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS and/or professional services.
- Email marketing experience (newsletters, nurture flows, automation).
- Familiarity with additional ad platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.).
- Experience managing PPC specialists, a marketing team, or external agencies.
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS and/or professional services.
