we are looking for a Senior Engineer to architect the mission critical systems that translate massive data streams into financial reality.
What you'll be doing:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient systems that handle high-volume data, while collaborating with teammates and individual contributors
Lead projects from concept to production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and financial integrity.
Work on data-driven initiatives that improve system performance, efficiency, and billing accuracy
Partner with Product and Business stakeholders to navigate technical trade-offs that directly affect bottom line.
Use AI coding tools as a natural part of how you work, reviewing, guiding, and improving AI-generated code is part of the day-to-day here
Help foster best practices and maintain a high standard of engineering excellence

Requirements:
What you'll need:

6+ years of experience developing and maintaining production systems
Strong backend fundamentals; Python is our primary language, but we value engineering fundamentals over specific syntax
Proven experience owning systems in production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance and reliability improvements
Familiar with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, deployment pipelines, observability, and quality assurance (unit, integration testing)
Experience with AWS and storage at scale (MySQL, Snowflake, Redis)
A proactive attitude and a passion for providing technical solutions that bring an immediate business impact and ensure engineering excellence
