In this role, you will bridge technical execution with operational excellence while acting as an AI catalyst, prototyping automated workflows, LLM integrations, and smart tooling to optimize the R D lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution: Lead end-to-end project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and milestones across multi-functional R D, Product, and Operations teams.
AI Automation: Design and prototype AI-driven workflows (e.g., custom agents, LLM integrations, prompt engineering) to reduce manual overhead and streamline reporting.
Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain end-to-end transparency, track KPIs/metrics, and communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executive management.
Operational Excellence: Partner with the PMO to establish frameworks, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive continuous process optimization.

- Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
Experience:
- 2-3+ years as an R D Technical Project Manager within a global software development organization (Mandatory).
- Methodology: Strong background in Agile frameworks at scale and full Software Development Life Cycle management.
- Technical "Builder" Mindset: Proven ability to create custom automations, scripts, or low-code solutions to solve workflow gaps.
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with the AI/LLM landscape, prompt engineering, and leveraging APIs or automation tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, a "can-do" proactive attitude, and full proficiency in written/spoken English and Hebrew.
Requirements:
