Senior RF Engineer

Requirements:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
- At least 10 years of proven experience in RF development
- Proven experience in RF design at relevant frequencies, along with proficiency in RF simulation tools
- Hands-on experience using standard RF measurement equipment, including Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers
- Strong background in Ultra-Low Power RF design for battery-operated IoT and smart metering devices
- Hands-on experience with modern RF SoCs, transceivers, and cellular modules, as well as designing matching networks, power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and filters
- Experience taking RF products from concept through mass production, including Design for Manufacturing and the definition of RF testing fixtures and procedures
- Previous experience leading FCC and CE compliance testing
- Experience in antenna design and characterization - significant advantage

- Analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving abilities, with a system -level perspective on how RF integrates into broader IoT and telematics products
- Initiative, independence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while steering the technical direction of the RF domain
- A mentorship mindset, including the ability to guide and collaborate with engineering technicians, share knowledge, and elevate the teams overall technical standards
- High-level written and verbal English for technical documentation, conducting certification processes with external international laboratories, and providing high-level support to field engineers and partners, primarily in the US and globally, to troubleshoot and resolve complex field issues
