Lead the companys annual budgeting cycle, including planning, consolidation, tracking, and ongoing budget control.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including executive management presentations and detailed budget versus actual variance analyses.
Develop financial models, forecasts, profitability analyses, and business case evaluations to support strategic initiatives.
Build, update, and monitor cash flow forecasts to ensure effective financial planning.
Deliver financial insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
Prepare presentations and financial materials for executive management and key stakeholders.
Oversee costing activities and drive improvements in financial reporting, planning processes, and internal controls.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and support business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in FP A, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with SQL, Access, BI tools, or financial reporting systems.
Hands-on experience in preparing and managing cash flow forecasts.
Familiarity with AI-powered financial tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
