What youll do:
Develop and maintain C / C ++ backend components used in payment processing flows.
Design and implement changes in complex existing systems.
Improve performance, memory usage, latency, and system stability.
Investigate production issues, analyze root causes, and implement fixes.
Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.
Work closely with infrastructure, operations, and product teams.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in C / C ++ backend or server-side development.
Strong knowledge of C ++, C, memory management, and debugging.
Hands-on experience with multi-threaded and concurrent systems.
Experience working in Unix / Linux -like production environments.
Ability to understand, modify, and improve complex existing codebases.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to correctness, reliability, and edge cases.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with high-availability or 24/7 production systems - Advantages
Experience with legacy or specialized enterprise platforms - Advantages
Experience in payments, fintech, banking, telecom, security, or other regulated environments - Advantages
