We are looking for a Senior Back-end Developer who loves building scalable systems, tackling complex architectural challenges, and having a real impact on our product.

Take Ownership: Lead features from architectural design to production deployment.
Design & Scale: Build and maintain high-performance, robust, and scalable microservices.
Optimize: Continuously improve system performance, code quality, and infrastructure.

We believe in keeping things simple. We don't care about a long laundry list of keywords, but you must have the following:
A sense of humor. We spend a lot of hours together, and we'd like them to be good ones.
You learn fast. New frameworks, unfamiliar codebases, shifting requirements - you pick things up quickly and don't need hand-holding.
Intimate knowledge of Node.js. Not "I watched a tutorial once," not "I just tell the AI to build it and ship whatever comes back". You understand what's happening under the hood.
