We're looking for a QA & Automation Lead to take ownership of our quality strategy, lead testing efforts across the organization, and build a robust automation framework that supports our continued growth.
What You'll Do:
Lead and own the QA function across the company
Define and implement QA methodologies, processes, and best practices
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks
Drive test automation initiatives and increase automation coverage
Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Support, and Business teams
Ensure release readiness and maintain high product quality standards
Introduce innovative tools and AI-driven approaches to improve QA efficiency.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Software QA
2+ years of experience leading QA initiatives or managing QA teams
Hands-on experience developing automated tests for web applications
Experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
Strong API testing experience
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
Experience working in cross-functional environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in SaaS environments
Experience in FinTech products
Development experience with Node.js or Python
Familiarity with AI-powered engineering and testing tools
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
