We're looking for a brilliant Development Team Leader to step in and lead a critical backend engineering team, ensuring our product roadmap stays on track and our systems remain stable. What am I going to do?
Drive the team's project roadmap, owning the schedule and ensuring on-time delivery while proactively managing dependencies.
Act as the primary point person for production health, overseeing reliable deployments and leading swift incident response.
Provide hands-on technical mentorship and guidance to engineers, championing best practices in security and architectural design.
Cultivate strong partnerships with team leaders from the group to facilitate seamless cross-functional integration and align on shared objectives.
Optimize day-to-day operational rituals, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and task allocation, to maintain team velocity and efficiency.

Familiarity with modern security best practices and architectural patterns in a SaaS environment.
