Own full hardware development lifecycle - architecture, design, bring-up, integration, and validation.
Manage and lead the hardware engineering team and hardware architecture.

Requirements:
Must have:

B.Sc. Electrical/Electronics/ system Engineering
5+ years hardware development
2+ years team management
Analog design (sensing, ADCs, power)
PCB layout, SPICE, ORCAD, bring-up
CPU/ DSP board design
Hardware architecture
High-speed design, integration, debug
Fast sampling circuits
PCB layout, electronic board bring-up
Team management
Requirements writing and validation
Manufacturing support
TEST equipment
Working with subcontractors
Nice to have
Power quality / energy meters
Familiar with Standards: IEC 62586, IEC 61000
Communication: Modbus, Ethernet
NPI experience
Electrical engineering
Cross-Functional Collaboration
