As part of your role, you will:
Support the fair lending lifecycle including monitoring credit underwriting policies for disparate impact and conducting demographic portfolio analyses. Maintain regulatory compliance reporting and partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement less discriminatory alternatives, as well as providing thorough documentation of all of the above.
Own end-to-end data products, from extracting raw data from complex datasets to developing sophisticated analyses, monitoring systems, and reports using Python, SQL, and other analytical tools.
Translate complex data models into actionable business intelligence with the goal of improving modeling, business understanding, and strategic decision making, as well as clearly communicating complex findings to partners, internal stakeholders, and management.
Partner with cross-functional teams across research, operations, product, and engineering to proactively identify and manage risks associated with new models and/or policies
Continuously broaden your knowledge of operational, business, and technological landscape and identify and execute high-value initiatives that contribute to the company's strategic goals.
Leverage AI-driven tools to automate workflows and drive operational efficiency across the team
