Join us as a System Engineer AMS, where you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced communication systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring system performance and reliability.
Responsibilites
Overall responsibility of the development of complex Airborne Communication systems.
Lead the System level architecture of complex systems, and be an expert in the System, Software and Hardware specifications.
Coordinating internal R&D resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Conduct system integration and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within development budget.
Matrix structure management of Hardware, Software, Mechanics and Verification teams for several projects in parallel - different requirements, use cases and customers.
Lead an internal and external design reviews, pre and post sales activities with various customers.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering or a similar role.
Proficiency in system design and architecture development.
Experience with communication protocols and technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
