Global Operations Specialist

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Global Operations Specialist to support manufacturing operations and manage daily activities with global subcontractors and production partners worldwide.
The role combines elements of operations coordination, production planning, project management, and supply chain execution, and includes responsibility for leading the day-to-day operational activities with our manufacturing partners in Israel, China, the Philippines, the United States and other global locations.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday (inclusive).

Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations with global subcontractors and manufacturing partners. Track production plans, deliveries, inventory, and operational performance. Serve as the main operational interface between internal teams and external partners. Follow up on tasks, risks, and execution issues to ensure alignment and resolution. Support Sales and Operations planning activities. Identify gaps and drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
