Director, Indirect Procurement & Facilities, Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Director, Indirect Procurement & Facilities. This role is responsible for overseeing the global strategy, operations and performance of all companys facilities and indirect procurement functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operational excellence, vendor management, sustainability and cost optimization, while also leading cross-functional strategic initiatives driving efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
Indirect Procurement:
Develop and execute a global indirect procurement strategy aligned with business goals
Manage sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and risk mitigation
Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Optimize indirect procurement processes and systems to ensure cost-effectiveness and transparency
Define and govern compliance with the internal companys policies
Build strong relationships with both key vendors and internal stakeholders
Facilities Management:
Lead the global facilities strategy: ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable workplaces across all company locations
Oversee office design, space planning, lease management, and workplace services
Implement global standards and best practices for facility operations and maintenance
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
