Were looking for a Staff Engineer to lead the design and development of central components within R&D.
Youll combine hands-on development with architectural leadership - solving complex engineering challenges, guiding your team through design decisions, and ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
Youll collaborate with other senior engineers, tech leads, and product partners to define technical direction, drive innovation, and improve engineering practices across the teams and groups.

Mentor and support engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Continuously improve development processes, observability, and deployment pipelines.
Contribute to the evolution of the platforms architecture as the company and product scale.

10+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing complex, production-grade systems.
Proven track record in architecting and leading large-scale software projects.
Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and software architecture patterns.
Strong coding skills in one or more modern backend languages (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, Java, C#).
Experience with cloud environments (AWS or equivalent), containerized deployments, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Experience designing and scaling event-driven architectures and data-intensive systems.
Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to align multiple teams toward a shared technical vision.
A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and passion for solving complex engineering problems.
