We are looking for a Top University Graduate to join us as a Junior software engineer and make a real impact on our R&D team! In this role you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the development of amazing new products and work on interesting projects inside a smart, fun, and dynamic engineering team. We seek an individual passionate about tackling tech challenges, with a proactive and AI first approach to push forward a love for coding and a dedication to excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Jerusalem office in Talpiyot and reports to the CTO

* Take ownership of features and projects end-to-end - from design through deployment

Requirements:
To be a Junior software engineer in our company you need to have:
* BSc in Computer Science from a leading Israeli or international university.
* Outstanding academic record - Deans List, Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or equivalent honors (GPA 93+).
* Genuine passion for software engineering and GenAI - you code because you love it, not just because its on the syllabus.
* Willingness to work fully on-site in our Jerusalem (Talpiyot) office or TLV office.
* No prior industry experience required - we care about your potential, curiosity, and work ethic. Student role experience is a plus.
The personal competencies you need to have:
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
* Ability to see the big picture, break down a project into milestones and prioritize tasks.
* Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
* Ability to take the initiative, come up with ideas and solutions and run it with a "getting things done" attitude.
* Ability to work with tight deadlines.
* Ability to work independently.
