Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps and Platform Engineers.
Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads in production environments.
Develop, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.
Drive Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives and implement automation across infrastructure and deployment processes.
Partner with software development teams to improve release processes and production readiness.
Establish and promote best practices in automation, monitoring, security, and platform operations.
Define cloud governance standards, platform architecture, and operational procedures.
Continuously improve platform performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years leading and mentoring technical teams.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale Kubernetes environments.
Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies, including Jenkins.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, automation frameworks, and scripting.
Strong background managing Windows-based infrastructure, including Windows Server and IIS.
Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams in Agile development environments.
Experience with Terraform, ARM Templates, or comparable infrastructure automation technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
