Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting process, including planning, consolidation, and ongoing budget management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and executive financial reports, with detailed budget-to-actual variance analysis.
Develop financial models, profitability analyses, forecasts, and business case evaluations.
Build, maintain, and monitor cash flow forecasts.
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Prepare executive-level presentations and support management decision-making.
Manage costing activities and contribute to continuous improvement of financial controls and reporting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning accuracy and business performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in FP A, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with SQL, Access, BI platforms, or financial information systems.
Hands-on experience preparing and monitoring cash flow forecasts.
Familiarity with AI-based tools and technologies is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
