Lead the day-to-day administration of global equity plans, managing a small team, key vendors, executive support, and complex equity matters worldwide.
What will your job look like?
Lead administration of ESPP, RSAs, RSUs, PSUs and stock option plans.
Manage, coach and develop two equity administration specialists.
Serve as the escalation point for complex employee, executive and director matters.
Manage relationships with E*TRADE, ESOP, Equiniti/AST and other vendors.
Oversee grants, vesting, tax withholding, participant transactions and compliance.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal and Executive Compensation teams.
Drive process improvements, automation and operational excellence.

10+ years of experience in equity compensation or stock plan administration.
Deep knowledge of ESPP, RSAs, RSUs, PSUs and stock options.
Experience leading people and managing vendors.
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and customer service skills.
Experience with E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO) is a significant advantage.
CEP certification is an advantage.
10+ years of experience in equity compensation or stock plan administration.

Experience leading people and managing vendors.
