Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Define and implement best practices for observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational excellence.
Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for infrastructure and platform improvements.
Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and operational resilience following cloud security best practices.
Drive CI/CD strategy and continuous delivery improvements across the organization.
Participate in on-call rotations and establish operational processes that maximize platform availability and reliability.

Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on experience in AWS services, cloud architecture, and infrastructure best practices.
Experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams - An advantage.
Proven experience in debugging complex production issues across distributed systems, and linux environments.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks and Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, or other programming languages.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Hybrid work setup: two days per a week at the Tel Aviv office (near Hashalom).
6+ years of hands-on experience in AWS services, cloud architecture, and infrastructure best practices.
