Were looking for a motivated Project Manager who enjoys working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is passionate about driving execution across multiple teams. In this role, youll coordinate projects end-to-end, help keep initiatives moving efficiently from planning to launch, and take part in the hands-on configuration and management of production flows.
What you'll be doing:
Lead cross‐functional projects across Product, R\\&D, BI, Monetization, and Operations teams, while identifying risks and removing execution blockers.
Configure and manage production flows, including version rollouts, configuration changes, and a/b tests setup.
Oversee A/B tests and optimization initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and clear tracking of results.
Manage changing priorities and release schedules effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
Create visibility into project status, timelines, and key updates to support informed decision-making and effective communication.
What you'll be doing:

Requirements:
B.Sc in Industrial Engineering \\& Management or equivalent.
1+ year of experience in Project Management in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration and relationship-building across teams. Fluent English is required.
Technical orientation, including familiarity with software development processes, data-driven thinking, and AI-based tools or workflows.
You might also have:
Familiarity with the AdTech industry.
Familiarity with the Android environment.
Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
B.Sc in Industrial Engineering \\& Management or equivalent.
