Overall responsibility for the management, coordination, and control of sub-contractor activities in Israel and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of global subcontractors.
Leading subcontractor onboarding, qualification, and engagement processes.
Building and managing work plans and resource planning.
Monitoring and controlling performance: quality and deliveries.
Risk management and identification of gaps within the supply chain.
Leading improvement and efficiency processes with subcontractors.
Ongoing collaboration with internal interfaces: Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.
Managing and leading reports, KPIs, and analyses to support decision-making.
Proven experience in managing subcontractors / global suppliers - mandatory
Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment within the electronics industry - mandatory
High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Priority / SAP - advantage)
High level of English (spoken, reading, and writing) - mandatory
Education: Relevant Bachelors degree - mandatory
