Join our growing team! We are looking for a Technical Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator to become part of our professional recruitment agency, specializing in high-tech and technology positions.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology and engineering positions.
Source and identify top talent through LinkedIn, social media platforms, and job boards.
Screen and review resumes.
Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates.
Prepare professional candidate evaluations.
Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients and hiring managers.
Publish job advertisements and proactively source candidates.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
Proactive approach, strong sense of ownership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
