Back-End Team Leader - Server Group

We are looking for a talented, tech-driven Leader with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to head one of our backend teams. In this role, you will remain deeply hands-on, driving technological agendas, architectural decisions, and system-wide optimizations.

What Youll Do:
Lead & Mentor: Foster a self-driven team culture, mentor experienced developers, and provide constructive feedback.
Stay Deeply Hands-On: Work closely with the code, designing and building low-latency, high-concurrency server-side components.
Own the Architecture: Drive architectural decisions and resolve complex challenges (performance, scalability, infrastructure costs).
Champion AI Adoption: Implement AI-driven development methodologies to elevate the teams productivity.
