Were looking for a driven, excellent Senior Backend Developer with a true obsession for technologies, AI, a builder who constantly explore, push boundaries and shares knowledge with others.

Responsibilities
Lead complex backend projects, from functional specifications and technical design through development, deployment, and production support.
Partner closely with the Team Lead, contributing to team leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and maintaining high engineering standards.
Design, develop, and own scalable, production-grade backend systems.
Architect and lead the development of cloud-native, microservices-based systems and distributed architectures on AWS.
Work with a variety of data storage technologies and make informed decisions on data architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, DevOps, and Frontend, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Actively leverage AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI coding assistants to accelerate development and improve engineering productivity.
Design and build reusable AI sub-agents, skills, and templates to scale development workflows across the team.
Main Tech Stack: Python, .NET Core, AWS, DynamoDB, SQL Server, and more.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in backend development, with a proven ability to own features end-to-end, from design and development through deployment and production support.
Hands-on experience using AI tools or building AI-powered solutions (professionally or through personal projects), with a strong curiosity and drive to apply AI in real-world environments.
Deep experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS.
Strong understanding of system design, architecture principles, and design patterns.
Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance optimization.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple engineering teams on cross-company initiatives.
Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and a team-oriented approach.
Passion and curiosity for emerging technologies - a must.
