In this role, you will establish and maintain project management standards, monitor project execution across the organization, and provide visibility and actionable insights to stakeholders. You'll serve as the backbone of our project portfolio - ensuring alignment with strategic goals, efficient resource utilization, and successful, on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional product development projects from initiation through release, ensuring alignment between scope, schedule, resources, and business objectives.
* Monitor the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
* Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
* Prepare and deliver clear project dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports for management and stakeholders.
* Facilitate cross-functional coordination between R&D, operations, certification, and Q&R to remove blockers and keep projects on track.
