This isn't just another marketing leadership role. We're looking for someone who thinks like a business owner, makes data -driven decisions, builds high-performing teams, and knows how to drive growth at a global scale.

What You'll Do:
Lead the company's marketing strategy and own growth targets.
Manage large-scale performance marketing operations with significant media budgets.
Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing team while establishing scalable processes.
Work closely with SDR, Sales, and Executive teams to align marketing with business objectives.
Define the company's creative direction across both performance marketing and brand, including social media, website, and all digital assets.
Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into business decisions and growth opportunities.

Requirements:
Proven experience leading large-scale marketing operations with substantial advertising budgets.
Deep expertise in Performance Marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, and other acquisition channels.
Strong understanding of creative strategy and what drives measurable marketing performance.
Solid knowledge of SEO and GEO.
Experience building, managing, and mentoring marketing teams.
A highly analytical mindset with the ability to make data -driven decisions.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
Experience designing and optimizing complex marketing funnels.
