A leading kibbutz is seeking an experienced Senior Economist / Budget FP A Manager to join its Finance team in a key leadership role.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a diverse business environment spanning multiple industries, where you will play a central role in budgeting, financial planning, costing, business analysis, and strategic decision-making while partnering closely with senior management.

Responsibilities
Lead the preparation, consolidation, and management of complex annual budgets.
Produce monthly, quarterly, and management reports, including budget vs. actual analysis.
Perform financial modeling, profitability analyses, and business case evaluations.
Build and monitor cash flow forecasts.
Support senior management with financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Prepare executive presentations and financial reports.
Oversee costing processes and financial C

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in FP A, budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Experience with SQL, Access, BI tools, or financial systems.
Experience preparing and monitoring cash flow forecasts.
Experience with AI tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
